About the Owner

Shamque “Unique” Baugh founded SACRED 7 ABA Academy and Sacred 7 Enterprises through a journey shaped by both personal experience and professional service. As the mother of a son characterized with autism and ADHD, she experienced firsthand the challenges many families face while navigating behavioral support, education systems, advocacy, and long-term developmental care. Those experiences became the driving force behind her mission to create structured, compassionate, and family-centered support systems for neurodivergent individuals and their caregivers.

Alongside her personal journey, Unique built her professional background as a Registered Behavior Technician with experience in psychology, autism support, behavior intervention, parent coaching, and life-skills development. Her work combines evidence-based behavioral strategies with practical family guidance designed to support growth both inside and outside of structured learning environments.

Through SACRED 7 ABA Academy, she developed a model centered on neurodivergent empowerment, family advocacy, behavioral development, wellness support, and long-term independence. Her vision extends beyond individual services by helping build stronger communities where neurodivergent individuals and families have access to meaningful support, practical resources, and opportunities for lifelong growth.
