Shamque “Unique” Baugh is the founder of SACRED 7 ABA ACADEMY and Sacred 7 Enterprises. She is a Registered Behavior Technician with a background in psychology, autism support, behavior intervention, parent advocacy, and holistic life-skills development. Her leadership approach is shaped by both professional experience and her personal journey as the parent of a son characterized with autism and ADHD. Through Sacred 7 ABA Academy, she developed a support model focused on structured behavioral guidance, parent education, wellness support, and life-skills development for neurodivergent individuals and families.
